Return Policy

Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after product is received. In order to return an item, the customer must contact our office for a RMA (Return Material Approval) number. It is the customer’s responsibility to return product. Returned items will not be accepted without this. Any items returned without a RMA will be sent back. All products returned must be in original packaging with copy of the invoice. The product can be returned to our location via prepaid shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee on all product returned to our location.

If equipment is defective please notify and return to our location. Once the product has been returned will than ship a replacement. There will not be any cash refunds or credit on accounts for defective product.

There is no replacement or refunds of any items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
